Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
We are Power Plus, a leading provider of intelligent and efficient power solutions. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in preparing temporary power permit submittal packages, coordinating with internal teams to meet branch and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, submit, and receive permit packages in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Schedule appointments to meet customers and obtain customer signatures, final paperwork sign off and payment collection.
- Coordinate payment and reimbursement of permit fees according to company guidelines.
- Assist with pulling permits and accurately entering field tickets into GensPlus.
- Put contracts together, ensuring all billing requirements are accurately noted in system.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with construction permitting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly pay range of $21.00 - $23.00, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a stable and rewarding career.
