Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $19.00 – 23.00/hr., depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & employer-provided life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, 13 days paid time off, and 8 paid holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Permit Coordination: Prepare permit paperwork in accordance with jurisdictional requirements and submit permit packages via online systems, fax, and/or in person.
  • Tracking and Communication: Create and maintain Microsoft Excel files to track permit status and communicate directly with city officials to coordinate all necessary inspections.
  • Office Duties: Perform general office duties as required, such as attending job site inspections (may be responsible).
Requirements
  • A minimum of prior office administration work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • An understanding of air conditioning, heating, electrical, and/or plumbing is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to represent the company with city officials are essential.
  • A valid state driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
