">Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional restoration projects. This critical role requires overseeing residential and commercial restorations from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional quality.
">Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
- Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth communication.
- Lead and support subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
- Explain the restoration process to customers and guide them through their claim process.
">Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in project management, preferably in restoration or reconstruction.
- Strong background in remodeling/restoration, with experience managing insurance-related projects.
- Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
">Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission, based on experience and qualifications.
