Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for problem-solving? Do you have a Master's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience? We're looking for a talented Consulting Analyst to join our team at EPAM Systems, Inc.

About the Role

As a Consulting Analyst, you will work closely with our industry experts to learn how we deliver value to our clients through project-based work. You will complete EPAM's formal education program, which includes coursework, assessments, and reviews. Your goal will be to develop a deep understanding of how technological solutions are implemented and how to create plans that efficiently use them to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Align with and be mentored by EPAM industry experts to learn how we work with clients in project settings
  • Complete EPAM's formal education program, including coursework, assessments, and reviews
  • Learn how technological solutions are implemented and create plans that efficiently use them to achieve business goals
  • Assess business needs by communicating with management and staff directly, and by conducting surveys and workshops with stakeholders
  • Provide support to consultants and delivery leads to define business requirements, outline problems, and brainstorm solutions for operational and technical changes
  • Work in cooperation with project managers and communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
  • Track and validate solutions, and measure the value of the changes to the organization for further improvements or refinements
Requirements
  • Work collaboratively across cultures

  • Demonstrate leadership abilities
  • Possess an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrate intermediate or higher knowledge of MS Excel
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of modeling business processes (BPMN, UML)
  • Compile and run simple SQL queries
  • Synthesize and present detailed information to transform complex data into engaging narratives
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • GPA of 3.7 (non-technical) or 3.5 (technical)
  • Master's degree
