Job Summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to join our team. As a Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting federal personnel with administrative and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support federal personnel in establishing new vendor profiles in the Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS).
  • Verify vendor existence in STARS and submit requests for new vendor profiles via Financial Accounting Support Tool (FAST) to Oak Ridge Financial Service Center (ORFSC) when applicable.
  • Monitor STARS daily for new vendor profile completion and issue responses to requestors.
  • Develop spreadsheets for tracking and reporting financial data and deliverables to management or federal personnel.
  • Assist federal personnel with oversight of recurring financial requirements, including cost accruals, aged documentation, and annual compliance audits.
  • Enter financial transactions and retrieve reports from government financial business systems.
  • Upload quarterly financial and procurement reports to the EERE i2 intranet site.
  • Manage email requests in the EERE ASAP enrollment mailbox and review requests to determine required actions.
  • Process ASAP enrollment requests and modifications, including interaction with recipients via phone and/or email.
  • Initiate requisitions and prepare deliverables for Government POC review in STRIPES for Golden Field Office requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university and 10 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or better.
  • Professional attitude and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to perform sensitive tasks that require discretion and tact.
