Job Summary

OCT Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Management Consulting Analyst/Associate to support a government client's efforts to reorganize their workforce around Category Management principles.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of work experience providing mid-level project and program support within the Department of State, DoD, or other Federal agencies.

Responsibilities will include updating relevant policies, creating document review matrices, and ensuring new processes are properly documented, including business process mapping.

The selected candidate will also provide guidance to the client on operations and communications, advise on how to communicate business process changes, and lead education and training campaigns.

Key qualifications include excellent organizational and detail-oriented working style, ability to create executive-level materials with minimal oversight, and proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs and Google tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to the government client around operations, communications, and training
  • Update relevant policies related to the reorganization efforts

  • Assist with the development of various presentations, briefing materials, plans, and infographics
  • Support executive-level meeting facilitation and scheduling, and facilitate new and recurring meetings

  • Draft, finalize, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Perform other administrative and management duties as assigned
