Job Summary:

The Healthcare Management Consultant will work closely with federal clients to develop and apply analytical methodologies and principles to drive growth and measure success. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare management principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute healthcare implementation strategies with clients
  • Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide recommendations to clients
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop communications and training
  • Anticipate client needs and develop alternative solutions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in health, science, health policy, communication, management, or related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in healthcare, government service, project management, or consulting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Department of Veterans Affairs experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Experience participating in complex healthcare organizational redesign or new department stand-up efforts
