Hotel Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Register guests in and out of the Resort Suite property management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Program and delete room keys using the Visionline system, maintaining a high level of security and organization.
  • Offer assistance with luggage, summoning bellmen and providing introductions as needed.
  • Handle all money transactions at the front desk, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Respond to reservation requests, explaining rate structures, available rooms, facilities, and services.
  • Timely respond to special requests, informing hotel departments as necessary.
  • Record and conduct guest room wake-up calls, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls after regular scheduled hours, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with professionalism, maintaining a focus on quality and customer service.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of each shift, with occasional breaks as needed.
  • Must obtain an Alcohol Serving License upon hire.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
