This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to provide financial guidance and support to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services, including debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, and investments.
  • Assess the client's overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a robust financial plan.
  • Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.
  • Cultivate a client base and build win-win relationships.
  • Network, generate leads, and grab opportunities to sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc., to meet sales quotas.
  • Implement effective strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
  • Keep abreast of new industry trends and research markets to back up financial consulting.
  • Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits.
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
  • Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers, and other professionals to progress transactions to a satisfactory conclusion.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Advisor, Planner, or relevant experience (2+ years required).
  • Track record of successful financial guidance.
  • Ability to analyze market financial data and provide appropriate data-based advice.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with an ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
  • Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a good listener.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Professional certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in finance, economics, or related field is required. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the financial planning process and the ability to handle complex financial planning issues.
  • Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, risk management, retirement planning, financial analysis, insurance planning, asset management, and portfolio management.
