Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our innovative team at SENTA Partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analyzing electronic medical records (EMR) and revenue cycle management (RCM) data from various systems. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle dynamics, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from intricate EMR data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. EMR Data Evaluation:
    • Thoroughly assess electronic medical records data from diverse EMR platforms.
    • Detect and analyze trends, patterns, and discrepancies within the EMR data to enhance revenue cycle performance and precision.
  1. RCM Process Enhancement:
    • Work collaboratively with various teams to comprehend revenue cycle workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Deploy data-driven strategies to boost revenue cycle management efficiency, minimize inaccuracies, and optimize financial results.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and sustain detailed reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) pertinent to revenue cycle management.
    • Share insights with stakeholders, providing recommendations for improving revenue cycle outcomes.
  1. Data Interoperability:
    • Facilitate seamless data exchange between various EMR systems to ensure efficient revenue cycle management.
    • Address and resolve data integration challenges, collaborating closely with IT and relevant teams.
  1. Regulatory Compliance and Security:
    • Remain informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to EMR and RCM.
    • Establish and uphold security measures to protect sensitive patient and financial information.
  1. User Training and Support:
    • Offer training and assistance to users on the effective use of EMR and RCM systems.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding team members in navigating various EMR platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with EMR systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis methodologies.
  • Understanding of revenue cycle management processes within healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and security practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Healthcare Information Management Systems (HIMSS) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in implementing EMR and RCM solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards.
