About the Role

United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Representative to join its team. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for recording client bookings, setting up payment schedules, and ensuring accurate and complete booking data and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales Operations Team to provide updates on client booking status.
  • Regularly meet with assigned agents and assistants to ensure accurate and complete booking data and reports.
  • Schedule and oversee client bookings entered by assistants to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on invoices, statements, collections, debits, and client account inquiries.
  • Utilize existing reporting with agents to support forecasting, collections, and insights into client performance.
  • Prepare payment settlements and investigate payment discrepancies as required.
  • Initiate invoicing processes and monitor accounts receivable, actively pursuing collections.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from agents and other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships grounded in trust and confidentiality.
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc requests and projects as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Entertainment experience a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-focused role a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious; to be successful, the role requires persistence and follow-up.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle very high volume of transactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
