About the Role

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate reporting and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and staff accountant support.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain state tax compliance (Nexus) and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project expenses for cost allocation.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support the Controller with external audits.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth financial data flow.
