About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Software Operations to join our Business Solutions Consulting team at Commonwealth Financial Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and making recommendations.
  • Support the planning and execution of operational projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage additional administrative duties.
  • Facilitate team-wide meetings.
  • Organize and manage team resources.
  • Coordinate and cultivate team events and culture.
Requirements
  • ~2-4 years of operational or financial services experience.
  • ~ Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM software a plus (Salesforce in particular).
  • Project management experience a plus.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year.
