Institutional Equity Research Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Institutional Equity Research Sales Analyst to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with salespeople on the institutional sales desk, engaging with asset managers and hedge fund accounts, and assisting with client interactions, research subscriptions, and conference planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain client contact information, track client interactions, and manage research subscriptions.
- Assist clients with conferences, summits, corporate access, and ECM deals.
- Develop and present stock ideas to clients.
- Work closely with salespeople to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Superb organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present conclusions concisely.
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in all aspects of work product.
- A resourceful self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate and execute concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- One to three years of experience.
- Japanese Language skills a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000.
