We are seeking a skilled professional to join our fast-growing Equity Derivatives Team in New York. The role involves working closely with a team of salespeople and trading assistants to provide derivative solutions and execution for institutional clients.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to be primary sales coverage for your own account package. Success will depend on your ability to network and develop strong relationships within the industry. You will need to have a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment and be able to work independently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide derivative solutions and execution for institutional clients
  2. Work collaboratively within Equity Derivatives and the broader Institutional Equity Group to assist important firm clients
  3. Source and pursue prospective new clients to onboard with the firm
  4. Idea generation
Experience and Qualifications Required:
  1. Bachelor's degree required
  2. Series 7, 55, 63 required
  3. 2-4+ years experience in Derivatives Sales or Trading. Existing account package is a plus.
  4. Experience with options order handling a plus
  5. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential

Due to the internal/external levels of management interaction, you must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
