Job Overview

EBQ is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of multiple brands through marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Pardot, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Marketo.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to inform campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Create and manage email marketing programs, landing pages, and website updates to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with clients to implement HTML/CSS website edits and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop and optimize paid media programs through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets established by supervisor and adhere to company policies and values.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and PPC campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation platforms, including Pardot, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Marketo.
  • Comfortable with marketing technology and a fast learner of new platforms.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress page builder WPBakery or Elementor, HTML/CSS, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot.
