**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce CPQ initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Optimize resource allocation and ensure teams are equipped to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee external partners, ensuring alignment with program goals and contractual obligations.
  • Manage program budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Establish KPIs to track progress and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Coordinate internal and external dependencies to remove blockers and enhance team delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, technology, project/program management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce CPQ implementations/other Salesforce CPQ-related work.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, and Rally.
