Position: Receivables Management Specialist for Collections

We are in search of a meticulous Receivables Management Specialist for Collections to become a part of our vibrant team. In this position, you will oversee the Bill-to-Cash processes to guarantee prompt collection of customer accounts while ensuring precise record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and reconcile payments associated with customer accounts.
  • Manage customer accounts and conduct credit evaluations utilizing Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Engage with customers to recover overdue invoices.
  • Detect delinquent accounts and address billing inconsistencies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Produce key performance metrics and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
