  • Support both Part-Time and Full-Time roles by filling in during vacations, leaves, and unexpected absences.
  • Oversee daily inventory tasks, including tracking incoming stock and identifying out-of-stock items.
  • Ensure cooler merchandising aligns with established product schematics.
  • Maintain product quality through regular grooming and upkeep.
  • Keep the cooler and workspace organized and clean.
  • Change water regularly to uphold freshness and quality standards.
  • Provide sales assistance and customer service to enhance member experience.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with the team.
  • Regularly lift items weighing up to 25 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Capable of maneuvering rolling racks with products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
  • Bend, stoop, reach, and lift products up to 4 feet high.
  • Ability to interpret and follow merchandising schematics.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate self-management capabilities to complete daily tasks independently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize equipment properly.
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position operates on an on-call basis, with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Availability for a minimum of three days per week is required, with a guarantee of at least eight hours monthly.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice for illness or absence coverage is essential.
  • Willingness to work during key holiday promotional periods is necessary.
COMPENSATION:

Hourly Rate: $17.00
