National Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Securitas Electronic Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our national enterprise accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Job Summary:The National Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing national enterprise accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including building trust, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in national enterprise sales and account management
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing national enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
