  • Resident Engagement: Create resident contracts and coordinate the move-in process, championing the move-in process and assisting with new resident assessments.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Provide tours to prospects, program pendants, and activate key cards as needed. Maintain all marketing packets, collateral, and brochures.
  • Customer Service: Communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful, and effective way, championing hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Associate degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in sales preferred, ability to demonstrate proficiency in Internet browsers, Microsoft Office programs, electronic health records systems, and HR-related systems.
