Job Title: Training Coordinator

At Saint Francis Community Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to Residential staff members to ensure their safety, supervision, and overall care of clients in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for Residential staff members to meet their safety and supervision needs.
  • Collaborate with Residential staff to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
  • Deliver training sessions on general duties and responsibilities of Residential staff, including MANDT, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Assist with coaching staff on proper documentation and ensure compliance with SFM rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new staff members and provide ongoing support and coaching.
  • Work closely with Residential staff to ensure a therapeutic environment and provide ongoing support and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain updated spreadsheets to track staff compliance with SFM rules and regulations.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate different shifts and ensure adequate training coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and ensure compliance with SFM regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SFM rules and regulations.
