About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our restaurants and bars. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. You'll also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff, and for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of California cuisine, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative presentation.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food cost management, and labor scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, and maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other departments, including food and beverage, sales, and marketing, to drive business growth and revenue.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef who is passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences. You'll have a degree in culinary arts or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role. You'll be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and leading high-performing teams.
