Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife handling skills.
  • Proven ability to execute all menu items and deliver top-quality dishes.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work morning, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Food handler's certificate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
