As a Senior Internal Sales Consultant at Vanguard, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to Bank Private Wealth Clients, fostering new business opportunities, and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to identify potential sales opportunities.

As a Senior Internal Sales Consultant, you will work closely with External Sales Executives to develop and execute business plans, leveraging market and product knowledge to drive asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and sales activity goals as set by sales leadership
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate assets and close new business
  • Partner with External Sales Executives to drive sales performance and asset growth
  • Conduct needs analysis and position Vanguard's products and services to meet client needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Five years related work experience, preferably in relationship or account management
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)

Compensation: Estimated salary $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
