We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Landscape and Snow Removal Sales Associate at Charlestown Landscaping.

Job Overview

The primary focus of this role is to sell all aspects of landscape maintenance, enhancements, tree work, facility repairs, and services, as well as snow removal to commercial clients. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and providing comprehensive sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate new business leads, network with potential clients, and develop strategic plans to increase sales revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understand their specific needs, and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Needs Assessment and Proposal Generation: Conduct thorough site assessments, identify client needs, and develop tailored proposals to showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Create engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services and solutions to existing clients, increasing revenue and driving growth.
  • Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and successful project completion.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and forecast future sales performance.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales, specifically within the commercial landscape industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial landscape practices, industry standards, and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year (based on title, job description, and location)
