Job Title: Senior Environmental Database Manager

Kleinfelder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Database Manager to join our team in the Denver office. As a key member of our Air Quality Database Management Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in various aspects of air quality compliance programs, with a focus on environmental database development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in environmental database development and administration, including preparation of greenhouse gas reporting, emission inventories, permit application preparation, regulatory review, recordkeeping, and reporting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental database management systems, including Oracle SQL.
  • Collaborate with the Air Permitting and Compliance Team to ensure compliance with environmental requirements associated with the oil and gas industry.
  • Manage and supervise a small team of database management specialists.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental database management, air quality compliance, and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL, database management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with the Intelex ACTS platform and relational database systems.
  • BS in environmental engineering, compliance, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, atmospheric science, environmental science, computer science, or related field.
