Environmental Database Specialist

Kleinfelder is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Database Manager to join our team in the Denver office. As a key member of our Air Quality Database Management Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in various aspects of air quality compliance programs, with a focus on environmental database development and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise in environmental database development and administration, including preparation of greenhouse gas reporting, emission inventories, permit application preparation, regulatory review, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Lead the Database Management Team in ensuring compliance with environmental requirements associated with the oil and gas industry.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to complex environmental database management challenges.
- Collaborate with the Air Permitting and Compliance Team to ensure seamless integration of database management services.
- Provide training and support to team members on database management best practices and Oracle SQL.
- 10+ years of experience in environmental database management, with a strong background in air quality compliance.
- Excellent technical skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and experience with relational database systems and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with the Intelex ACTS platform is required.
- BS in environmental engineering and/or compliance, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, atmospheric science, environmental science, computer science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A competitive salary range of $102,249-$153,592.
