KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor project execution, address any deviations, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard print guidelines.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for developing innovative design concepts.
  • Understanding of corporate branding and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in digital photography and image editing.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of the outdoor sports and firearms industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

LANGUAGE AND REASONING SKILLS

Ability to interpret performance reports and present information effectively. Strong reasoning skills to collect data, follow instructions, and perform complex tasks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and related software.

TRAVEL

Occasional travel may be required for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting, with moderate noise levels and potential exposure to various elements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regularly required to communicate effectively, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
