As a Community Program Specialist- Leadership Development, you will contribute to the conceptualization, design, and delivery of various projects, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization.

You will be responsible for proposing, securing, and delivering work with external clients, managing partner relationships, and supporting the monitoring of project budgets and resources. Your team is poised to make an impact, and we value those who are committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and propose strategic planning, capacity-building, or related processes to potential clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the project, responding to client needs and expectations, and fulfilling agreed-upon commitments while managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Support the conceptualization, design, and delivery of work related to ongoing center projects, working primarily in a team environment.
  • Complete reports associated with respective projects according to project deadlines and requirements.
  • Support the monitoring of the project budget and resources to ensure that fiscal processes and guidelines are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field by hire date.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledgeable in organizational and leadership development, with a good understanding of effective strategies and methods.
  • Experienced in collaborating with non-profit organizations and government agencies.
  • Skilled in maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable in various facilitation methods and techniques to engage participants and manage discussions.
