MST Practitioner

At Community Solutions, we're dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives. As an MST Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, and communities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify presenting problems and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families.
• Collaborate with other professionals and service providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to clients homes.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
