Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily resident check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to routine inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet all residents and guests with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Distribute applications to prospective employees and refer them to the Leasing Team as needed.
  • Sort and deliver mail, internal messages, and packages to residents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Collect work orders and information for the maintenance director, ensuring prompt attention to resident needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on resident apartments, in-house facilities, and local information, providing accurate and helpful responses to inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Administrator, ensuring seamless support to the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Minimum two-year office experience, with excellent customer service skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience working with the elderly highly desirable, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional bending, reaching, and grasping.
