About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Orin Rice Staffing & Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets by developing and qualifying leads within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales quota by generating new business opportunities
  • Drive sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Proactively gather business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience
  • New business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using a Contact Management System preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Bachelor's Degree
