We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality assurance testing models.
  • Manage inspections of raw materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and direct the work of other employees, including hiring, performance management, and termination.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a relevant function.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree.

Work Environment
