Customer Service Representative

EastRise Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Associate to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding their accounts and services.
- Process transactions and resolve member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address member concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed guidance to members.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex member issues.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
