Regional Business Development Manager

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Salem, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to grow their career with a leading flooring manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and executing business strategies to meet or exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular face-to-face interactions
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive business results
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of performance
* Experience using consultative sales processes and CRM systems
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently
