Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Mannington Mills, Inc. Based in Salem, New Jersey, this role will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers across the region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the flooring industry, with experience in negotiating sales and programs that drive economic value for both parties. They will be a champion of the consultative sales process, utilizing existing CRM reports and developing internal data to strategically engage customers.
Key responsibilities include conducting product knowledge presentations, responding to customer requests, coordinating sales efforts with marketing and technical service groups, and analyzing market potential and determining customer value.
