Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle performance issues and service needs.
  • Develop estimates and repair orders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Administer manufacturer warranties and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role.
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
