Position Overview:

As a Field-Based RN Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional medical case management services to injured workers. This position requires you to coordinate appropriate healthcare solutions, provide recommendations, and maintain professional communication with various stakeholders including insurance providers, healthcare professionals, employers, and legal representatives.

  • Deliver quality medical case management for injured workers.
  • Attend medical appointments in person to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Document all interactions and processes thoroughly and promptly.

Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $88,000.00 to $150,000.00, with opportunities for additional bonus compensation based on performance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid State Driver's License and appropriate car insurance.
  • Registered Nurse (RN-BC) certification.
  • Exceptional English language skills in speaking, writing, and professional communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Dependable, honest, and compassionate character.
  • Willingness to obtain CCM certification within the first year.
  • Ability to establish a home office with reliable internet access.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCM, CDMS, ACM, LCSW, or CRC.
  • Background in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Occupational Health, Psychology, or Chiropractic.
