Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Supervise the receiving and dispatching of cargo
  • Maintain precise documentation of cargo transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for effective coordination
  • Generate reports on cargo movements and operational metrics
  • Conduct evaluations of cargo handling procedures and equipment
  • Facilitate process enhancements and boost operational efficiency
  • Offer guidance and support to team members
  • Operate machinery while ensuring safety during loading and unloading
  • Coordinate cargo operations and relay updates to management
  • Assist clients with inquiries and loading processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo operations
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to work in demanding environments and travel as necessary
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory
