As an experienced restaurant manager with a strong background in food preparation techniques and kitchen management, you will be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to food quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality service and food consistency.
  • Effectively manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu execution, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work closely with management to implement new menu items and promotions, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, labor costs, and employee performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume establishment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and labor management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to meet high performance standards.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
