We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Trade to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our trade operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement trade operations strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead a team of trade operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of trades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage trade operations budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Proven experience in trade operations, with a strong background in financial markets and trading
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
