We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Trade. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a gatekeeper, project manager, numbers person, and problem solver to keep executives organized, boost morale, and increase productivity.
- Support the founders by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, analyzing information, organizing data, and initiating communications.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our trading business.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve trading performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Proven track record of success in a trading or financial services environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improving trading performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
