We're seeking a visionary Fulfillment Systems & Automation Manager to spearhead the transformation of our fulfillment systems. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the selection, implementation, and management of advanced fulfillment technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order-picking robots, and high-speed conveyor systems.
* Ensure seamless integration of these technologies to enhance overall performance.
* Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring our tech solutions serve the frontlines.
* Work closely with IT teams for flawless technical integration and ongoing support.
* Identify and deploy automation opportunities to boost speed, accuracy, and efficiency in our operations.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for technology usage and maintenance, ensuring consistent excellence.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven track record in managing and implementing warehouse or fulfillment technologies, with a strong grasp of WMS and automation.
* Analytical powerhouse with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional project management abilities.
* Strong collaborator and communicator who can work effectively across teams.
* Deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation technologies, and seamless integration processes.
