Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting Residents with Personal Care Needs: Provide direction and support to residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
  • Responding to Resident Needs: Utilize proactive approaches to respond to resident signal lights, bells, or intercom systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitoring Health and Wellness: Record vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and other health metrics as directed by management.
  • Transportation and Mobility Assistance: Safely transport residents and assist them with walking, turning, or repositioning as needed.

Additional Responsibilities: Change bed linens, run errands, direct visitors, answer telephone calls, and participate in laundry and housekeeping duties. Encourage residents to participate in activities and promote their physical, personal, and emotional well-being.
