Job Title: Youth Program Development CoordinatorAbout the Role:

The Youth Program Development Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for planning and coordinating the successful execution of our YouthBuild program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Assist with the development and implementation of the YouthBuild program, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Partnerships and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with partners, community stakeholders, and area employers to enhance program participation and outcomes.
  • Recruitment and Outreach: Provide outreach and recruitment support to ensure a steady flow of participants and maintain program continuity.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the YouthBuild team and partners in case conferencing, problem-solving, and resource connection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, such as human services, social services, education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum three to four years of experience in human services, social services, education, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated customer service skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
