Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Carlisle Residential Properties by developing and executing marketing strategies that meet organizational objectives. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain marketing and analytics strategies to drive portfolio performance.
  • Oversee property websites, ensuring quality and accuracy, and manage SEM, including paid advertising and SEO.
  • Manage internet listing services to attract leads and monitor performance.
  • Design and distribute corporate newsletters and operate the corporate LinkedIn account.
  • Coordinate ordering of site and corporate promotional items and implement best event practices.
  • Build strong relationships with conventional properties, industry vendors, and ownership groups.
  • Develop effective marketing tools, policies, and best practices for property use.
  • Assist Community Managers and Regional Property Managers in developing and monitoring marketing budgets, plans, and projects.
  • Manage data entry and moderate/administer social media accounts.
  • Assist with acquisition and disposition of properties and review, update, and make recommendations on rent changes, advertising specials, and property marketing.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Property Management and Marketing.
  • Experience with YARDI and/or RentCafe.
  • Degree in Marketing or Design.
  • Preferred Competencies: excellent communication skills, ability to learn new skills and knowledge, and display original thinking and creativity.
