We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our innovative and growing Payroll Department at Women In Need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll administrative functions, managing payroll processing, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll and provide reports to support calculations.
- Review bi-weekly timecards and alert managers of any discrepancies.
- Ensure approved timecards are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Enter new hires into the ADP system on a bi-weekly basis.
- Review and audit PTO policies with the Human Capital team.
- Maintain all new payroll allocations and confidentiality.
- Perform other related payroll administrative and auditing duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years' payroll processing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Expert ADP and Payroll experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
As a Payroll Specialist at Women In Need, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $62,000. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
