Job Title: Associate, IT ERP Specialist

Job Summary:

The Associate, IT ERP Specialist is a key member of the CECO Environmental team, responsible for providing expert support to internal and external users to effectively utilize the company's ERP system. This role involves assisting other IT ERP Specialists with system upgrades, conducting thorough testing, and delivering comprehensive user training. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bridge business operations and software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to ERP-related issues, ensuring all tickets are properly triaged, documented, and prioritized in the ticketing system.
  • Manage, track, and resolve reported issues efficiently.
  • Deliver ongoing training to both internal and external users, ensuring seamless adoption of the ERP system.
  • Execute thorough testing of software updates and patches to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to analyze existing business practices and map them to the ERP system's functionality.
  • Assist in the ERP system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
  • Provide technical system support and maintain user documentation to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Offer backup support to other IT ERP Specialists as needed.

Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years' experience with an ERP in a manufacturing environment, specifically D365 F and O, is required.
  • Experience working with operations teams to gather system requirements is essential.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and international logistics is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with customer service experience and an ability to work across disciplines and in diverse locations internationally.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Dynamics 365 certifications in Trade & Logistics, Production, and Shop Floor Control are preferred.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications in Finance, Human Resources, and Project Accounting are a plus.
