Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MCA Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients and brokers, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential brokers, agents, and businesses to establish partnerships and generate new leads for MCA products.
- Client Acquisition: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and brokers, managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist brokers and clients with understanding contract terms, payment structures, and funding options for merchant cash advances.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably within the financial services or Merchant Cash Advance industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and brokers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance products, underwriting processes, and financial terminology is highly preferred.
Benefits: Competitive salary ($60,000 - $80,000 per year), commissions, and benefits package.
Salary: Estimated salary range: $70,000 per year.
